These Terms of Service govern your use of ReplyFlow. By creating an account you agree to them.
ReplyFlow provides an AI-assisted inbox for managing customer conversations across channels. Features and limits may evolve as we improve the product.
New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full feature access. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time through the Subscription page.
You agree not to use ReplyFlow to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass individuals, generate misleading content, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
ReplyFlow's AI generates suggested replies based on the business context you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-drafted responses before sending, and for the accuracy of the information in your AI Settings.
You own your customer data and conversations. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyFlow's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email with at least 14 days notice.
